Both Business Point free and premium version use Google Fonts.
WordPress team is working on this issue. If theme review team release any rule about GDPR compliant, we will update our theme accordingly.
Even Google is working hard to prepare for the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can check it here
So you can continue using the theme.

Can you please check ../includes/options.php file?
You can compare your file with this https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/medical-way/1.0.4/includes/options.php
If anything is missing, please add it from there. Or you can replace entire file.

We have changed only style.css of the theme. So updating theme to the latest version will not affect your site.

There is no option to change Add to Cart link to view product detail link.
However, theme comes with option to go product detail page. You can click on eye icon as shown here http://nimb.ws/Fgu0h5 to go product detail page.

If you have shop page, it need to be available in dropdown of pages where you setup page for static front page.
Please go to Settings >> Reading and assign Shop page as the static front page like this https://prnt.sc/jp3bo0
Click on the list of the pages in dropdown to see available pages.
If you still did not find shop page, please provide us temporary wp-admin login through email or form of this page

Please make sure you have selected Home template for the page you are using for Home page like this https://prnt.sc/jp3nlj
After this, please go to Settings >> Reading and assign home page to static front page like this https://prnt.sc/jp3o8w

Please go to Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS and add following CSS to remove grey border.
