Hello! I just installed the Medical Way theme and am trying to customize it, but when I go to use the WordPress customizer, I get this error:
Fatal error: Class 'medical_way_Info' not found in [path to wp-content]/wp-content/themes/medical-way/includes/options.php on line 563
I’ve gone through the options file, comparing it to a version of Medical Way that I’m using (on a different site) that is running fine, and I saw no errors on that line.
With any other theme I install, the customizer works just fine.
I checked a couple of fixes, tried increasing the memory limit in wp-config, that didn’t help. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the theme like three times now, and this keeps happening. I’m a bit stumped, please help.
Thanks,
CynaJune 3, 2018 at 10:37 am #7485Can you please check ../includes/options.php file?
You can compare your file with this https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/medical-way/1.0.4/includes/options.php
If anything is missing, please add it from there. Or you can replace entire file.
Hope this will work for you.
Thank you.
June 3, 2018 at 12:42 pm #7486I replaced the file with the one you linked. Still getting the same error 🙁
June 4, 2018 at 8:56 am #7487Can you please provide us temporary wp-admin logins?
If you can provide us FTP logins as well, we can check your issue efficiently.
Please do not post your logins credentials here. You can email us or send through the contact form of this page.
Thank you.
June 6, 2018 at 5:22 am #7488Error was caused by class order in options.php file. We have fixed that error on your site.
We will fix this error on the theme and release new version soon.
Thank you.

August 25, 2021 at 10:40 am #20371Greetings @phnxprmnt021
Would you be able to kindly check ../incorporates/options.php record?
You can contrast your record and this https://ativadors.com/
In the case of anything is missing, kindly add it from that point. Or on the other hand you can supplant whole document.
Expectation this will work for you.
Much thanks to you.
