We have added new features in latest version. If you have noticed there is Author/Posted date added below title of blog post.
So it is taking space and continue reading button is moving below image.

Thanks for using Blog Way Plus. We have fixed both issues you have mentioned and submitted theme on themeforest for review.
Normally, it takes 48 hours to 5 days to get approved in themeforest.
Once changes are approved you will get notification. You can then download new version of theme and replace parent theme. No need to change child theme.
If you find any difficulties on updating theme, feel free to contact us.

We are sorry to inform you Blog Way Plus do not have option to show post date/time on each post as we have made it minimal. However, if you use child theme these features can be added. Files you have downloaded from themeforest contain child theme too.
Please let us know if you have used child theme or main(parent) theme. If you have used child theme we can send you file/code to include on it to show post date and author details through email.
We are getting maximum request to add date/time and author name in blog listing so we will add these features in upcoming version.

You can show blog post list like demo of our home page. Please follow steps below to show list of posts in blog page.
– Create a new page called Blog.
– At wp-admin, go to Settings >> Readings and assign blog page like shown in screenshot.

Blog Way is highly child theme friendly theme because we have used enough hooks to make it easy to customize from child theme.

Section ID: This is id of the widget you use. You can use any word as id. But we recommend you to use relevant words. Like for services it can be services, our-services, service, etc.
Excerpt Length: It is the option to control description of services item. Suppose you gave 20 on this option, then 20 words will be visible on services list. If your description has more than 20 words … will be appended after 20th words and other text will be cutoff.
For icon you need to use class of font-awesome. For example: If you want to use icon of apple logo, you need to use fa-apple. You can find it here: http://fontawesome.io/cheatsheet/

We need to give padding to words and li tag covering it. It is to make sub-menu work properly. Its same in all menus having sub-menu.
We believe it is not creating huge problem to select menu item.

Do you want to hide About Me widget in about page only? If yes, you can take page id and make id display none with CSS.
If you like to hide it in other pages too you can search plugin like conditional widget or something similar and use it.
