The license you purchase will work for one year. Until the license is active, you will get automatic updates.

If you do not like to get updates from the 2nd year you do not need to renew it.

If you do not want to show featured image in blog and single post you can use following CSS:

.blog #primary .post .featured-thumb img,
.single #primary .post .featured-thumb img {
    display: none;
}

Please go to Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS and add aforementioned lines of CSS.

In option 2 i.e. http://113.30.141.53:81/paygilant2/ you are not using page builder plugin so it is working well.

In another option, you are using page builder plugin which might be creating JS conflict or other issues. That is why team is not working there.
