KeymasterHi @David,
It looks like you have missed something while copying code.
We have added same code in functions.php of your child theme and it is working well now.
Cheers!!!

KeymasterHi @mindfulfil
You can reduce excerpt length from backend to make description aligned with image.
Please go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Post Options and change
Excerpt Length option as per your requirement.Thank you.

KeymasterHi @David,
Blog Way resize images to specific dimension to make images uniform. If any theme allow full width image and resize it through there will be two major issues.
One is loading full size image (lets say site has 500 images) will decrease site speed. Next, resizing image through css might make image shrink in improper ratio as all users may or may not have knowledge of proper CSS.ProDesigns
KeymasterYou are welcome. Feel free to contact us if you need further help.

KeymasterHi @rodberg
You are getting wired border at bottom of the site because of cookie plugin you are using in the site.
Please go to Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS and add following line of CSS to hide it.
section.widget.widget_eu_cookie_law_widget{ border: none!important; }
Hope it will work for you.
Thanks.

KeymasterHi @stylemyday,
There is no option to exclude post from home page only in theme. However, there might be plugins to do so. You can search it and give a try.
Thank you.

KeymasterHi @dbookbinder,
Blog Way Author Profile widget is to display author bio. You can create a page for it and assign it in sidebar. Please check this screenshot to be more clear:

KeymasterHi @pinkalligatorr29,
You can add following css to effect home page only:
.home .entry-img { width: 50%; display: inline-block; padding-right: 10px; } .home .detail-wrap { display: inline-block; width: 50%; }
