We have used image as background and showing captions over it. You can check demo of the theme.
But you are using content in your image so there is no way to make such image fit all size devices.
We recommend you to use image as background and content as caption as shown in demo.

It looks like you have not assigned cart, my account and checkout page in WooCommerce settings.
Please login to wp-admin, go to the WooCommerce setting page and assign those pages to respective options.

Your site has too many menu items. They are exceeding space allocated for menu.
You can move few menu items to sub menu like FAQs to sub-menu of About Us and similar.
