    After theme purchase, you might have received a zip file of the theme.

    After extracting that file, Please go to ‘Document’ and open ‘eCommerce Gem Plus_Theme License Activation Guide.pdf’, you will get all required details for adding a license key.

    There might be the issue because of the theme name update, which is ‘ecommerce-gem-disable’ currently, please update the theme name whenever it is required.

    Unfortunately, this is a bug and we will be resolving it soon in our next update.
    We are sorry for the inconvenience you may be facing.
    In the meantime, if you need to implement this now, you can do this via a custom CSS.
    Follow the below steps to add custom CSS.

    Please log in to the admin area
    Go to “Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS”.
    Paste the below code in “Additional CSS” and save it afterwards:

    div#sticky-wrapper{
z-index: 999;
}

    This is because of the styling file ordering issue in the created child theme. Please paste the below-mentioned code by following the steps.
    1) Log in to the admin area
    2) Go to “Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS”.
    3) Paste the below code in “Additional CSS” and save it afterwards

    Code is : 

    .mean-container .mean-bar {
    background: transparent;
    background-color: transparent;
    box-shadow: none;
    z-index: 999;
}

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the layout to 4 columns instead of 3 columns as it is a feature of a plugin(PT Theme Addon).
