Hi @max,

You can go to Appearance >> Widgets and check Inactive Widgets section.

If your widget has been moved there you can place it back else you have to add widget again in sidebar you want.

Enable/Disable captions option is for those who want to hide complete texts, buttons and other options of slider and want to show only image slide.

If you want to hide heading and description please go to Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS and add following CSS:

#main-slider .cycle-caption h3{
    display: none;
}

#main-slider .cycle-caption .slider-meta p{
    display: none;
}

Hi @wstonestreet,

It looks like you changed CSS file directly on main theme file. So these changes will get lost when you update theme.

Better way is to create child theme and change/customize theme using child theme.

If you don’t know what child theme is you can login to wp-admin, go to Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS and add CSS there.

You recommend you not to change theme file directly.

Photo will not get erased when you delete posts. Either they might have been removed manually from media or from cpanel. You can contact your server for more details.

It is not possible to add link on copyright text. However, if you upgrade to Blog Way Plus you can chanage powerby text at bottom right of the site from customizer.

Free version of theme do not have option to override it.

Please follow these instructions to create social links:

After that please go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Header Options and click on Social Links option of ‘Top Header Right Section’ to assign social icons.

You don’t need to add CSS for it.
