    I have previously submitted a request on another ticket about this issue but heard no response. When the enable view detail icon is checked my entire shop page formatting changes.

    I have emailed and received no reply. Please assist as this is the final detail I need to fix before launching my website. If you cannot assist with fixing this issue then can someone assist me with a refund for the plus version of this theme?

    Today we did get around to it and tried logging in using the temp user you created, but it didn’t work.

    I have the exact same problem as the person above. As soon as I check the “Enable View Detail Icon at Product Pages” box, my shop breaks and looks just like the screen grabs Shelby Mullens poste above. My site is https://theartspy.com.au

    Can someone please address this matter… I have an advertising campaign set to run this week and urgently need a View Detail icon. No-one is going to buy one of my products without viewing the details of it first… My site is https://theartspy.com.au

    We will definitely do our best to resolve the issue.
    While checking the site we weren’t able to recreate the issue for us.

    To expedite the troubleshooting of the issue, it would help if you could email us temporary login to the admin area. We will login and recreate the scenario so we can work on resolving the issue.
