Hello, i really like your theme eCommerce Gem. I have starrting projeckt if is run well i am sure i will buy PRO version.
Now i have truble with products carousel when i set up as disable the products are not how should be.

We have fixed grid product listing issue and released a new version of the theme. Please update your site to the latest version (1.0.8).

I have thinking maybe you can give me advice. and i am not skilled programator. I need deal some how with GDPR are you planing to do somehow maybe in PRO version ? Thank you. Also any advice for some plugin when you can edit the email from woocommerce as invoice ? Thank you.

Theme has nothing related with GDPR so we are not planning anything about it. However, WordPress core has added some feature to address it in new version 4.9.6.
Regarding email as an invoice for WooCommerce, you can find plugin at https://codecanyon.net/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/
