No Menu in Mobile, Advertisements Below Header Cropped

I’m having an issue where after the last update there is no menu on the front page of my website while on a mobile device. Usually a floating menu appears as 3 horizontal bars that allow a menu to be used but none appears on the site.

Secondly, I’m using 2 rows of Advertisments below slider widget. In chrome and my phone the boxes seem squished and cropped together. I’m not sure why they are not showing their titles and fields correctly.
