Can’t import full demo..
Shows some errors.
Are there any necessary plugins that should be activated before demo import?

You don’t need external plugin to import demo.

there is a problem linking to modifying your base site https://www.prodesigns.com/wordpress-themes/
the site is multisite and the demo is on site # 6url in the import file
https://www.prodesigns.com/wordpress-themes/demo/education-care/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/pexels-photo-267885.jpegif we change all the URLs in manual in the file educationcare.wordpress.2017-06-24.xml, it works but there are also problems of cache. once the import run to the end, there is still problem with the homepage that can not find the content of categories that are pages?!?
all this is not very professional and wastes a lot of time during the tests before the decision of a purchase, to see us lose confidence

We are working on demo migration. We are migrating all demos to multisite and soon release the new site where our users can see all demo from a single site.
We are also working to make all our themes compatible with new comment form field added from WordPress 4.9.6
