We have rechecked our e-commerce gem plus theme with WordPress latest version 5.1.1 and it is supported with this version of WordPress.
We have checked the emails on wpsupport@prodesigns.com but unfortunately, we haven’t received any email. Could you please send that once again or could you please send us the error message that is being displayed?
