    Hi, I am using PT Magazine theme on My Website. But I have an issue with ad slot. I am using google ads on my site. I have following issues.
    1.Some time ads are invisible, only show ad slot. See this screenshot.
    2.Ad slot is showing yellow color.

    I want to know the solution so that,
    1. Ads are visible every time.
    2. Ad slots are white or same as the background color.

    Hope you will help me to solve this problem.

    Hi @rajibms,

    We checked your site and there are no any issues. Sometimes google ads do not load if there is javascript error.

    But there is no any JS issue on your site. It might be google adsense issue. Please check it once.

    Ok.why ad slots show yellow color?(See the previous screenshot). Will you tell me how can I make ad slots color are same as background or white?

    Hi @rajibms,

    This is the color that comes from google adsense. We cannot change it from our end.

    Please check your adsense account. If there is option to change color, please change it from there.

    We do not have control over google adsense or any other iframe codes.
