InactiveWe created header-images in the proposed size of 1920 × 410 px, but nothing is responsible- neither the image (.main-banner?) nor the site-title. How can we solve this question?
Thank you.December 22, 2017 at 4:47 am #6963ProDesigns
KeymasterHi @christianek,

KeymasterHi @christianek,
You have added space above and below banner image. Please check it at https://kusche.lebe3malhoch.de/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/cropped-nc_newsblog_header_09.png
Try adding image that is completely 410px height without white space.
Thank you.

InactiveOk. I’ve changed the background-image (we had started with the correct size but than missed a lot of the image)> not the complete image is shown now. And it’s not responsive.

KeymasterHi @christianek,
We can see both image and title are responsive. Can you please provide screenshot of your problem?
Thank you.

InactiveI put the smartphone-views in this article: https://kusche.lebe3malhoch.de/2018/01/smartphoneview/.
Here https://kusche.lebe3malhoch.de/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/wp_ss_20180110_0002-614×1024.jpg you see that just a part of the image is shown,
here https://kusche.lebe3malhoch.de/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/wp_ss_20180110_0001-614×1024.jpg the title is higher then the image.The normal view also shows differences https://kusche.lebe3malhoch.de/2018/01/normal-view/. No responsive ones, but strange, as the lower and upper part of the image are missing (original 1.920px × 410px). That’s why we first took thsi image https://kusche.lebe3malhoch.de/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/cropped-nc_newsblog_header_09.png.
Sorry for the many questions and warm thanks for your support!

KeymasterHi @christianek,
Please find the answer to your issues below:
1. I put the smartphone-views in this article: https://kusche.lebe3malhoch.de/2018/01/smartphoneview/.
=> We have tested it on our smartphones but could not see the issue you have mentioned. Please let us know which device are you using.2. Here https://kusche.lebe3malhoch.de/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/wp_ss_20180110_0002-614×1024.jpg you see that just a part of the image is shown,
=> We cannot show a complete 1920px image in small devices so only part of it can be visible. It will be better if you show center part of the background image. You can go to Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS and add following CSS for it:
.main-banner {
background-position: center center !important;
}3. here https://kusche.lebe3malhoch.de/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/wp_ss_20180110_0001-614×1024.jpg the title is higher then the image.
=> We cannot see this issue on our end. Please let us know device detail you are using to test.Thank you.
