Hi! Flying with Brussels Airlines DEL Terminal was quite a good experience. The check-in staff were courteous, and the counters opened promptly. The terminal was tidy and convenient to move around in, and there were lots of seating options. Security was prompt, and the boarding calls were clear and punctual. Although the food facilities around the gate could improve, everything else was spot on. The airline’s representatives were helpful in resolving a seat change. Overall, it was a stress-free start to my journey. Brussels Airlines at Terminal does a commendable job, and I’d happily recommend them for international travel.
