What is the ideal size for photos that are within blog posts? While my pics look fine on my laptop, they are too big and extend beyond the text on mobile. What should they be?

sure, and while you are there I have another question 😉 Is there a way to make the menu bar at the top more evenly spaced? For example, I would like the top row to end with products and the bottom row to have partner, disclosure, privacy and contact.

We don’t see any issue on your site checking at the mobile view as well.
If you go to http://www.lifewithasideoftheunexpected.com and click on the blog post called “forced family fun in four easy steps” and look at the pics in the post on mobile you will see what I mean. They are big and stretch beyond the text. Would you please advise how big they should be so they do not do this?

We found you are using Gutenberg on your site. We have not tested this theme with Gutenberg yet.
We are in the process of updating our themes and make them compatible with Gutenberg and Elementor page builder.
But it may take time as we have 16 themes to update. So we recommend you to use classic editor till then.
