    Hi,

    When I go into Customize, and the lower right hand corner of the side bar are previews for the tablet and mobile version – how come when I visit on my mobile device it comes up with no logo and doesn’t look like the preview it gives?

    Is this only a preview if you have plus? or is there some setting that I’m missing.

    Hi @pinkalligatorr29,

    Those screens are to show how theme look like in different devices. Have you uploaded logo and clicked on Save & Publish button?

    Please provide us your site url we can check it.
