Actually AdSense are not in the scope of theme support as they are not related with theme. AdSense are not responsive because they use fixed width and height so it depends on what size AdSense are using. Please use appropriate size AdSense which fits both in desktop and responsive version.

The online marketing is absolutely great when you wish to increase the brand’s sales. I am personally using the PPC Advertising mode for my business blog and since then we are getting higher number of queries. The sales graph has also boosted up. I am happy with the results.
