Hello,
When trying to use the Author Profile widget, only the social items show. All I see is this “Author Page: Title, Content and Featured Image of this page will be used for Author title, Bio and Profile picture.”, but there is nowhere to enter this information or is there somewhere else on the site to enter it and it just appears?
Any help is appreciated,

You need to create a page for Author description, title and image.
Step 1:
Please go to Pages >> Add New page and create new page. Lets say you create a page called About Alovero. Add your description in editor and add image in featured image section like shown here:

Please go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Blog Way: Author Profile widget and assign page you have created recently like below:
