    Hello, I’ve problems with the visualization of the excerpt in the Author Widget. When I use Full bio, everything is correct, but with the excerpt only appears a demo text and I can’t modificat it. Can you help me, please?

    Hi @montseim

    Have you used any theme before switching to Blog Way?

    Some theme add excerpt option to pages and you might have used the custom excerpt in that case.

    If you can provide us temporary wp-admin logins, we can check and fix it for you.

    I used other theme before Blog Way. I didn’t publish the Author’s profile Widget, but I think that I proved it…

    I send you a temporary wp-admin logins through Email. If there is any problem please, write me.

    Hi @montseim

    It was because of custom widget saved on database for the page you have used as author widget. We have created new page for author widget.

    It is working well now.
